Usually I crave pastries for breakfast... this one is my healthier option. Pear glazed with honey and balsamic vinegar, filled with mixture of oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, almond butter, chia seeds and ripped banana. I like to add little pinch of salt. Top it with gooseberries or blueberries. Sprinkle little cinnamon and thyme on top. Bake at 350F for 30min! Pairs really well with yogurt!
