Remove chicken and dry well. Flour, buttermilk, flour. 3. Let rest 15-30 minutes before you fry. This is vital to get it to stick!! 4. Heat oil to 375, when you drop chicken in temp will drop to 350, which is the temp you want to fry at. Don’t over crowd chicken, fry in batches for 4-5 minutes. 5.
