✨A fun fact about this Carnival costume ✨ Days before the show my aunt @dina_joana had told me that she had a dream about something falling on stage and if that happened for me to gracefully pick it up. We were all lined up ready to go on stage (only two contestants ahead of me) when the top part literally broke leaving me half naked. (Now imagine how catastrophic that would be if it had happened on stage, live!!!) That’s when I ran in the back and @taniateixeira__ saw how desperate I was looking for something (which ended up being an elastic) to fix it and she assisted me making it possible for me to walk this category. Forever grateful Tania ❤️😭 I’m only sharing this now as a reminder of the power of the prayer 🙏🏽 Before the show, I prayed to all my ancestors to guide my steps on stage (specially this costume because I had never walked with an 8 inches heel before) listened to my dear Ganesha mantra and meditated that whatever happened that night I was going to be okay with it because that’s the plan the Higher Force had for me ✨ #teamsteh #mcvi2022 #grateful #thankful & #blessed
