Ayyyyyyyye Happy Meal Prep Sunday Y'all. 15lbs down and Meal prep hits a little different after 5 days of drinking nothing but water! It wasn't easy, but it's always worth it. This week I'll be breaking my fast slowly and intentionally with the right foods! My first meal is ALWAYS bone broth, then from there I'm trying papaya for the first time. I'm also having seeded grapes, yellow dragon fruit, golden kiwi, strawberries, cantaloupe, eggs, avocado, and apples! After a long fast, your body is in reset mode. Your gut is clean, your cells are renewed, and your system is sensitive. That’s why it’s so important to reintroduce foods that are gentle, hydrating, and packed with nutrients not heavy or processed. Thanks again to everyone that reached out to show me love and check on me while I was fasting.
