Still in complete awe and disbelief and feeling profoundly grateful to have spent three days in the desert practicing, sharing time and space with some of the most incredible women I’ve ever met. We learned, laughed, cried, we practiced, we shed layers, we sang from the top of our lungs, we hiked, we swam, hugged, danced and shared our energies across our individual journeys. We connected deeper to our emotions and intuition and released what no longer resonates and serves us. We embraced strength, vulnerability, resilience and fear.
