Why would I stop? 🤷🏾‍♂️ - Can’t let my progress go to waste. So I’m taking it up a notch with clean eating and upper body work. There’s always a way to make some progress or sustain at the very least. No excuses WORKOUT 300 push-ups (as many sets as it takes) 4 x 12 arnold press 5 x (10 alternating hammer curls + 10 hammer curls together) Rest as needed SN: doing push-ups with one leg off the ground feels hella awkward and I hate it lol but it’s what I gotta do at the moment 🤷🏾‍♂️
