Now that the off-season is over, I am starting to focus more on my own training.
During the year I spend a lot of time experimenting, testing things out, and learning from others.
Lateral Medball throws — trying to time the loading of the hip with the ball falling towards the ground. I like the immediate feedback that if you are not in sync with ball you can feel it right away. Throwing at different heights require loading at different joint angles.
Zercher Lateral Lunge — it’s tough to load this movement up with DBs. I prefer the Zercher hold over using a landmine, since you can load it up more and the weight feels more “centered.” Also elbow gAinzZ @will.ratelle
Copenhagen ISO Hold — interesting to see the force plate results from @alex.natera on these. Will be testing these out more this year.
