This house was built in the late 1800’s and was in bad need of restoration after years of neglect. It’s now a beautiful 3-story family home configured as a duplex with a large open kitchen & living on the parlor floor, three bedrooms and an office, two bathrooms on the top floor and a separate large 1 bedroom on the garden floor! House on Hancock was all about saving original details throughout the home. We loved working with homeowners Taylor & Moore making this their forever home.
