Breakfast burritos on the Blackstone, meal prep for my morning. #breakfastburrito #blackstone #learnontiktok #eggsandbacon Ingredients 3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 cup hot water 1/4 lard Colby Jack cheese 12 eggs 1/2 cup milk Bacon chopped Colby jack cheese 1. Mix together lard, flour and salt until pebbles are formed. 2. Add hot water to flour mixture and knead for 5 minutes. 3. Wrap in plastic wrap sprayed with oil and rest 30 minutes so gluten can relax. 4. Form into balls, and then roll out. Roll one way, flip, other way, flip till even and almost see through. 5. Heat griddle or grill top to high heat for 5-10 minutes. 6. Cook first side 10 seconds, flip, 10 more seconds, flip and then once it puffs up it’s done. 7. Cook bacon on griddle, then while it cooks add whisked eggs with milk on side with some bacon fat, when done add cheese. Mix together bacon. 8. Place on tortillas, then roll up like a burrito. Refrigerate for morning. Heat up in oven or air fryer in am at 350 degrees.
