track 07 of Love Me Forever, in a breath, is out today. it’s a song i’ve held on to for years. it’s a dive into my core, my greatest hopes, desires, loneliness, and fears. it’s a song about feeling dissociated from my body and fighting to stay alive despite it. it explores our capacity to love and be loved. it’s about guilt, shame, redemption, and acceptance. i wrote this a long time ago in a quiet place and i never thought it would be shared, but today it belongs to all of you too. it was an honor to work with sunny (@hate5six) to capture the essence of this piece in a live performance video. i want to thank Will (@willyipmusic) and everyone at studio 4 for bringing this piece into the world with so much care. i cried hearing this for the first time back in the studio, just as i’ve cried to the voice memo for the past 4 years. this piece is my whole heart. i hope “in a breath” finds a place in yours as well 🫀 full live performance video is at the link in our bio, and our debut album Love Me Forever is out one month from today. ❤️🌹
