I have noticed when knocking out movement in the eleven lines, people begin pulling expression with their nasalis muscles to “frown”. It also indirectly prevents lines forming on the inner corner of lower eye. Botox in the chin smooths the orange peel appearance but also helps relax that pesky horizontal mentolabial crease that can form with age 🙌🏻
