Starting off my new year with some of my favorite self care products. I keep the Woodlot”Recharge” essential oil in the shower and shake a few drops onto the shower floor as a start-the-day sensory pick me up. And @noto_botanics makes my favorite face/body scrub of all time. Citrusy with a light touch of peppermint, it gets my circulation going and synapses firing like nothing else.
