Flautas, Taquitos they are easy to whip up any night! #flautas #taquitos #taconight #tacotuesday #enchilada Ingredients 2 chicken breast 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp olive oil Flour tortillas or make your own: 3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup lard 1 cup hot water Cheese Enchilada sauce 1. Airfry or bake chicken with olive oil and seasonings for 20 minutes at 390 degrees. Flip halfway in between. 2. Shred chicken and mix enchilada sauce and cheese with it. 3. Mix flour, salt and lard together to form pebbles. 4. Add in hot water and then knead 5 minutes. 5. Let rest 30 minutes with plastic wrap. 6. Divide dough roll out then using a griddle cook them for 10 seconds, flip, 10 seconds, flip, repeat it should bubble and it’s a sign it’s done. Needs to be high heat, let preheat 5-10 mins. 7. Put filling in tortillas and roll up. Place in dish and pour 4 tbsp of melted butter on top. 8. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. If want crispy 2-3 minutes broil. 9. Serve with sour cream or crema on top!
