RIP Sandy Dillon and your beloved Ray Majors. I still can’t believe the news and that we won’t see you again. It was wonderful to hug you both at @michaelj.sheehy’s birthday picnic in May. This time five years ago when I was heavily pregnant you invited me to your home in St Katharine Docks to feed me, entertain me, and generally just fuss over me while Michael was knee-deep in rehearsals. I have always treasured that day. Others will eulogise your musical genius better than me but I will remember you both as being truly special and fine examples of humanity.
