Recruitment director signing out ΣΣΣ💜✌️ People have a lot to say about sororities but I can honestly say tri sigma has shaped me into the woman I am today. I never saw myself as a leader or as someone with confidence. It’s poetic how having such a large group of women to support you can make you change the way you view yourself. Leading my chapter through recruitment has been the most rewarding and fulfilling experience. I have seen so much growth within myself and my chapter. I am forever grateful to these woman for making me dedicated, inspired and motivated to lead our chapter. I am a fraction of the person I was when I joined, and I can only thank the chapter who has never doubted me. Thank you Tri Sigma for making me a leader and a true sigma woman.
