I’m blown away to have been nominated for not one but two awards at this years @ukmva 🤍 One of which, “Us Lot” by @murkagedave has been nominated for “Best Newcomer R&B / Soul Video”. This video was a true longterm labour of love between myself and someone who I now consider as one of my closest friends. The idea was written ages before we actually got to shoot it, and to be honest - for various reasons - looked like it realistically might never happen. For this now to be acknowledged as a work worthy of a UKMVA nomination is truly touching. Thank you everyone at @kodemedia and the countless friends, collaborators, and extended family that allowed this film to go ahead.
