There’s a new plant based restaurant in Los Angeles with a killer cocktail menu to boot. @avantgardenbistro_la in West Hollywood takes after their popular NYC outpost @avantgardennyc and is featuring elevated vegan tapas dishes from chef Sarah Stearns. The exciting cocktail program is care of the fabulous award-winning bartender and author, Sother Teague (@creativedrunk) and features low-ABV cocktails using fortified wines like pommeau, vermouth and sherry, along with sake and beer, alongside a lovely selection of natural wines curated by Master Sommelier Brett Zimmerman.
