I’ve been a little bit behind on video content making lately, but tomorrow I’ll make one of my favorite summer salads for you! Hugh’s Sungold and Saffron Panzanella! 📸 @lindapugliese
If you want to cook along with me here’s what you’ll need (from page 152 of Salad Freak):
1 clove garlic
4 large yellow or orange tomatoes (or any other color will be just fine!)
1 pint sungold cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 handful chopped fennel fronds
1/2 sourdough boule (I love one with sesame seeds if you can find it)
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
Big pinch saffron
Extra-virgin olive oil
