Favorite place to get udon in Los Angeles is of course in Little Tokyo at Marugame Monzo. I've been coming here for 6 years now - the quality of their food is amazing, and if you come at the right time, you can see the chef making the udon! Their most popular dish is the uni udon, but I hightly recommend the miso carbanara as well as the vegetarian udon.
