Yesterday we kicked off our first @rocacorbacollective community camp with a workout ride IRL in my Paincave @rocacorbacycling and on @gozwift with those who couldn’t make it in person. No better way for me to kick off my pre-season training than suffering together with my community! The next couple of days will be filled with fun, hard work and learning together with coach @helebridg live in person @rocacorbacycling, nutritionist @powelljenny from @pdtsandc taking care of all our nutritional needs and physio @tri_raving working with us on strength and conditioning, and taking care of our recovery. We are also grateful to have access to Tacx Neo 2T smart trainers and Tacx Neo bikes from @garmincycling to get the best out of our indoor sessions. There are plenty of rides on @gozwift to join in on the fun and suffering where ever you are in the world ... so check out the link in my bio.
