Brave and free surfing aficionados gathered in the waters of the north to sway with the waves and move with the tides in a 5-day event happened at Balaoi, Pagudpud. Organized by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte headed by Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc, Municipal Government of Pagudpud-LGU headed by Mayor Rafael Benemerito and Ikani Surf Resort, the SurfIN (Surf Ilocos Norte) which promotes sports tourism is being looked forward to in the coming years.
