Came back from Zimbabwe with a newfound appreciation for what it means to be a good leader. @tereraitrent thank you for opening my eyes to the fact that giving means nothing if it is not sustainable change and that the best leaders are the “fertile ground” others thrive on. The money that @wishesforwater is raising for bore holes is being used by the schools there to make the most amazing gardens that will continue to make money for many many years to come. This is a SUSTAINABLE practice that is improving the schools there! Thank you Tashia, Josh, Lanie, and @okstate_plc for such a wonderful experience. WE can ALL learn from the hope and sustainable practices these communities are adopting. Tinogona- it is achievable!
