I’ve spent the last couple weeks in Tennessee- laughing, loving, connecting, embracing, remembering, waiting, savoring, birthing, LIVING. On September 22 at 11:02 am my friend, her husband, her kids and myself welcomed the most perfect 9 pound 13 ounce baby boy at home in the water UNASSISTED, UNINTERRUPTED AND NON INVASIVE!!!(my bestie is a bad a!) It was the most surreal and peaceful redemptive birth for my sweet friend and I am so honored to have been apart of such a blissful experience. I am in awe of our Creator and His faithfulness. His sweet mercy. His perfect design for women to birth naturally. His presence in every second of the birth space. His unfailing goodness and kindness. I am still undone. I wish I was able to get photos, but everything happened so fast I was so excited to see somehow the Lord recorded the sweetest moment of me getting to pray with my sister while her contractions were surging! Literally one contraction later baby boy was in her arms😭 Wow thank you Jesus🙌🏽
