Set the left blade to 150 and the right blade to 180 degrees. 3.Take a horizontal section of hair, place the hair into the dual plate with the left blade at the root. 4. Then turn the dual plate a full half turn, slowly and smoothly pull the dual plate through the hair from root to tip. 5. Repeat on all sections to be waved. 6.
