*Never miss a Monday* Do you buy in to this idea? Once upon a time I did. The “restart on Monday” idea. The “all or nothing” idea. The idea that you have to be so strict with your diet and/or exercise that you don’t listen to your body on a Monday... or any other day of the week for that matter. Maybe you need a reminder, so here it is. Skip your workout if your body isn’t feeling it. Have a flipping pain au chocolat for breakfast on Monday just because they are delicious. YOUR BODY IS NOT A MACHINE. It doesn’t know or care that it’s Monday. Your body loves you. It houses you. It takes care of you. It fights to keep you alive! So if you feel guilty about considering “missing a Monday”... STOP ✋🏼 just listen to your body for a second. Nobody else can dictate what is best for you. You decide. Forget never miss a Monday... how about NEVER MISS ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR BODY’S INTERNAL CUES BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE OR DIET CULTURE TOLD YOU TO ❤️
