For those of you not ready for the wild weather and early nights of Autumn, here’s Ashley's easy recipe for a summer spritz. Make this from widely available ingredients. 60 ml 2oz Botanist 40 ml 1 1/3 oz Elderflower cordial 15ml 1/2 oz lime juice 4 raspberries Sprigs of mint Soda to top Add all the ingredients except the soda to mixing glass and muddle. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with mint and edible flowers.
