Just wrapped a session with my doula @physiodoula and I feel so empowered about my labor and delivery 🙌🏾. It all used to feel so scary to me, but it’s so important to remember our bodies are meant to do this. As I get closer to my big day I am much more focused on encouraging my mind and body to embrace this process vs being fearful of the unknown. What were some birthing tactics that helped you?
