Happy New Year darlings!🤎 We always strive for the end of the year, yearning to celebrate the year that was. But yet the start of the following year means it will magically get better, and that we have to magically become what others as of us and our bodies. Isn't it exhausting to be constantly told time after time that our bodies must improved to be accepted? “Lose weight, You can do it!” But my love, what I am learning to my deepest core is that... here we are! THIS. IS. AS. GOOD. AS. WE. GET. I got pretty tired a few years ago of constantly being told I was failing, I didn't need another reminder when my trained head told me this anyway. The message I now support and try to have as my mantra is... ‘Accept what is now’ It means let go of what has been and don't focus on what's in the future because it takes us away from the present. How about right now we just sit here and think of 5 things we are really bloody proud of from 2022? Why are you grateful in this very moment for your existence? It's that energy that breeds the best things yet to come! I am so excited to be working on lots of ways that I can support and educate you to back yourself. To not think you are flawed, but instead think of just how bloody incredible you are RIGHT NOW. That's all. Let 2023 carry the energy of this very moment, to fully accept of what we are now. With the knowledge that we have ourselves, and we have our own backs... Happy New Year but more importantly, Happy Loving You x
