Miss @nicolconcilio came in to see me for undereye filler and Botox 👀 I personally notice that people who get undereye filler typically like it the first time.....then months go by and they have issues with swelling, discoloration, lumps, etc. The skin below the eye is the most delicate on the body and the muscle around the eye is a strong sphincteric muscle. With muscle contraction it can move product around causing filler migration superficially. I assessed deficiency in her mid face and piriform space (sides of nose). Placing product deep in these areas offers “bra” support in a way. Check out the light reflection off the treated side vs non treated side!! Wow! It even lifted her eye without adding any lateral cheek support. Lastly for the cherry on top, I placed Botox just below the bottom lash line to smooth lines and further rejuvenate this area. What do we think?!
