You came into my life while I was in elementary school and left at the end of college. Every major milestone, memory, and accomplishment, you were there. Although then it felt like an eternity, I look back at those 11 years and ask myself why it got cut so short. You were so much more than just a pet, you were part of the family. I grew up with you and learned almost everything I know with you in my life. Although I know your suffering is now over and you are at eternal peace, all I can ask for is the opportunity to see you again someday, wherever that may be. To the smartest, sweetest, yet most stubborn dog I’ve ever met, we all love you so much, and thank you for the endless memories of happiness you provided.
