RIP Vivienne Westwood @viviennewestwood It took me a few days to process the sad passing of Vivienne Westwood. This image is the finale of the first show I did for her. It was a huge honour for me to work with one of my teenage hero’s. I felt very nervous on meeting her for first time but I found her easy to work with and a sweet person. It was one of my first big London shows and I will never forget the nerves especially having to do her hair in front on a bank of press photographers..It was such a great learning experience for me and everything I thought a fashion show would be with her, especially when she came down the runway on a models shoulders, only she could do this and get away with it...She is and will remain a true icon in every sense of the word. #rip #viviennewestwood #punk #icon #legend #london @garygillhair #garygill @streetersagency
