y’all don’t know how much i’ve been looking forward to sharing this final maternity project. monday was supposed to be the day but the universe had other plans. my favorite collaboration aligned with the ultimate collaboration and as fate would have it... we welcomed our sweet little angel baby earthside early monday morning. these past few days have been the most amazing whirlwind and i cannot wait to share all the details in due time. for now, being on the other side and reflecting on the moments caught in this campaign fill me with so much literal pride and joy. this has been the most amazing and transformative journey of my life. i truly feel like a damn superhero. thank you to everyone at @nikewomen who helped make this project possible. i hope the light shared during my pregnancy inspires other black and brown women to bring life into this world on their own terms while being their full unapologetic multidimensional selves because, quite frankly, you don’t see or hear our joyful stories enough. these last 9 months i created a new life in more ways than one and im so thankful for every single moment of it. with that said, this is a goodbye for now as i focus on resting and being a whole ass MOM! i hope y’all enjoy these moments and we’ll be back when we’re ready 🥲💖💗💝💘💓 #TeamNIKE photos and videos by: @francothehuman art direction by: @glossyfig collages by: @claybornebujorian
