Goodbye Summer 😢🍑 one of my favorite cocktails to end the Summer season: Peach Mint Bourbon Smash made with @qmixers #peach #bourbon #mint #smash #cocktail #cocktails #endofsummer #goodbyesummer PEACH MINT BOURBON SMASH - SERVES 1 Ingredients: 1/2 ripe peach, chopped 4 fresh mint leaves 1/4 ounce simple syrup 1 1/2 ounces bourbon 1 - 7.5 fl ounce can Q Ginger Beer peach slice, for garnish fresh mint sprig, for garnish Preparation: In a cocktail shaker, add 1/2 cup chopped peaches, fresh mint and 1/4 oz simple syrup. Muddle well. Add bourbon and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Q Ginger Beer and garnish with a peach slice and fresh mint sprig.
