I remember the times where I would eat so much food in one sitting that I’d feel sick. I always found my self over eating and I felt like I didn’t have any control over it. I was super aware of this and knew something had to change. From the mindset and inner work that I did on myself, I can now enjoy my food without stuffing my face and I have the ability to control my old habit of overeating. If you struggle with this , try implementing these 4 strategies. 1. Eat more slowly and mindfully- This helps you to be more aware for your intake which often helps you to eat less. 2. Eating to “80% full”. - Eat until your are just satisfied instead of stuffed or full. 3. Eating mostly whole, less-processed foods. - Eatings foods such as fruit, root vegetables and lean proteins makes it easier to regulate appetite, and helps improve satiety. 4. Practicing good sleep hygiene. - Getting enough quality sleep helps regulate appetite, hunger, and fullness cues. It’ll ansi help you feel calmer and asset in make wiser choices.
