It was like Christmas morning for my husband when Meta sent me these AI glasses, let me tell you, he opened up that PR package giddy as a little kid lol. But bless him for charging them, reading the instruction manual and teaching me how to use them. I’ve been playing around with them for the past few days and here are my initial thoughts: REVIEW: Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses $329, available @amazon, @rayban and @meta. PROS: The glasses look chic. I love the small speakers built into the arms of the glasses. There’s a small camera that can take photos or videos with voice command, and the feature where I can say, “Hey Meta _______” and then ask it anything and everything, like tell me about X or give me directions to Y — is VERY CONVENIENT. CONS: The camera quality is lower than on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, so while I can take photos and videos with the glasses, I find I still prefer to use my phone. Also, the glasses are quite heavy, so my ears feel sore after a few hours of wear and the nasal support is lacking for my flat Asian nose; the glasses did require some periodic adjustment from sliding down my nose. OVERALL: I really love the glasses! I am hopeful they will be able to to expand into other eyeglass styles and upgrade the camera quality, but for now they’re fun and helpful — and comfortable if you have a high nose bridge. ;) Would you buy these...? Or do you have them and if so, thoughts? #metaglasses #smartglasses #raybanmeta #techtok #aitech
