happy 20th, DJcity! @djcity 🎂 @edwindjcity and i became friends on myspace in 2006 and he’d get my edits posted. we’d chat on AIM via my t-mobile sidekick while i worked my day job. i eventually met @quickiedj and joined DJcity officially in 2008, then full-time in 2009. i haven’t worked a day since. i’ve gotten stress headaches, but haven’t work-worked - “it’s not work when you do something you love” right? anyway, apart from being fun, the crew is like family. they even had super exclusive baby clothes made when Ellery was born. [swipe] things have changed a lot, from the logos/branding, to the offices. used to be like 6 of us that did everything. now we have amazing teams globally and a staff of who-knows-how-many.. haha. we’re gonna do more DJ-game-changing stuff soon. again. stay tuned. 🚀
