The hip is a multiplanar joint that needs to be challenged in all planes of motion and muscle fibers challenged in different isotonic contractions:
1️⃣ frontal plane
2️⃣Sagittal plane
3️⃣Transverse plane
4️⃣Multiplane
5️⃣Concentric
6️⃣Eccentric
These exercises are critical for all sports. If you want to increase strength, power, speed and agility give these a shot. They look simple but are burners 🔥🔥
