Sharing this video of my dad singing “Amor de los Dos” by Chente. (My mom captured this on their trip to GTO to celebrate my grandmas 99th bday!!) Growing up I remember being so embarrassed and shy whenever my dad would get up and sing with the band. I would get so red in the face - you’d think I was the one being asked to sing 🫣 It didn’t matter what party we were at, somehow my dad would always end up up there. It was so common that people would (and still do) request that he go up there to sing a song or two. I feel so fortunate now to be able to see him in his element and cheer him on party after party 🥹
