BROADWAY X BELLE 👨🏽‍🍳 Last night @edwardshomemade made it’s restaurant debut with a 7 course tasting menu under the direction of chef Darryl Burnette at @belle_harlem. It went off without a hitch. Some menu highlights: Focaccia w Shaved Lardo, Arugula & Ricotta Ravioli with a Black Garlic sauce, Smokey Pappardelle alla Vodka, Deconstructed Pistachio Tiramisu. 🤤 Thank you to Melissa & Darryl for inviting me into your kitchen, your guidance, training, and a special thanks to @colleencook24 for putting this together and being my therapist 🤣 There’ll hopefully be more nights like this in the future with a chance for all of you to come out to this gem of a restaurant in harlem and enjoy a truly out of this world experience 😍 LMK if you want in ;) #homechef #belleharlem #harlemrestaurants #blackowned #harlem #nyc #broadway
