It was mainly during the lockdowns I’ve realized how much unnecessary stress and works I had put myself into. YES, I still love what I do but it also takes a few seconds to realize how important we should listen to ourselves and know what actually matters to us. When we start acknowledging things outside of our control, we realize things are not flagged and we aren’t one specific job or social status we think we are, rather unexpected things happen.
