UM WHAT!!!!!!!!! Making my bway debut in Moulin Rouge was a f****** dream. I was super calm about it. Check out this first video if you don’t believe me. I have waited 2 years for this moment! For those of you who may not have known, I booked Moulin Rouge in January of 2020 and never went on before the world shut down. I was having swing dreams even during these past 18 months. Will I fall off the passerelle while kicking my face? (TBD) How does @kmr8787 swallow that sword? (Carefully) Do I let @bahiyahhibah cut in front or behind in the reprise? (Front) Will I run into @erickahunter in diamonds? (Yes) Questions that I finally received answers to!!!! No more swing dreams hallelujah (until I move on to the lovely @mayabowles) All to say it felt beyond incredible to finally be able to embody this piece of work. My favorite part about it though was all of the support from my beloved friends and family. This would mean nothing to me if y’all weren’t there. I love you so so much.
