Crispy Smashed Brussels Sprouts- perfect for a holiday side!
1 lb brussels sprouts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
-Rinse brussels and trim off the edge. Boil or steam for about 7-8 minutes then drain. rinse with cold water and pat dry.
-Place brussels on parchment lined baking sheet and smash with a cup or bowl. Brush olive oil over them and add seasonings. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Chipotle dipping sauce- 1/2 cup mayo, juice of 1 lime, 1 chipotle in adobo chopped very finely until paste forms, 2 tsp honey. Add all of these ingredients into a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
