ON SALE WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 5 🍽️ For the last Supper Club of the year, I’m going to be joining @pioneerworks for an exceptional seasonal meal, featuring specially crafted wine pairings by Pauline Lhote @lhote_pauline Director of Winemaking @chandonusa 🥂🍂 I’m super excited to be hosting this celebration of a New Mexican Harvest centering the Three Sister Crops: beans, corn and squash, and the iconic New Mexican chile pepper. In celebration of the community and culture of the genesis of New Mexican cuisine, New Mexican artist @nanibah will also be unveiling a new piece at the dinner that guests will get to take home. While @fdk_florals will be setting the scene with luscious tablescapes evoking the high desert harvest. Each wine pairing selected by Pauline will capture the brightness and vibrancy of the menu, recalling New Mexico’s history as the oldest wine grape-growing region in the country.
