The skin picking cycle🫠 I am consistently caught in this; feeling anxious or just generally not good so I search my skin looking for something, ANYTHING to pick, to feeling like I’ve let myself down because I’ve picked my skin again. It’s a hard cycle to break out of (eagle eyes will catch that I had a lovely skin picking sesh before I filmed this🥲) but if you’ve ever felt the same, don’t you worry cause I am always in the same boat🙋‍♀️
