Humble bragging is really just bragging. So here it is. I’m bragging. The last 12 months have been one hell of a year in the wonderful world of New York City Real Estate. Coming out of a worldwide pandemic, nobody would have expected the city of NY to rebound the way it has. Many of us expected NYC to “come back” - but like this? Who would have thought! Over the last 12 months my team of 12 real estate professionals have brokered/transacted an impressive 145 sales deals and 386 rental deals. Totaling $124+ MILLION in total sales. Each one of these transactions is no more important than the other. They all matter. From a $1700 dollar studio in Queens to a $16.5 million dollar penthouse on Central Park West. They certainly do not pay the same, but we view each transaction as an honor and a privilege. We take great pride in representing the buyers and sellers we do business with. I manage a team of incredible people who are outrageously talented. I mean, they’re really fricking talented! They never cease to amaze me with their tenaciousness, their tireless work ethic, their need to get the absolute “best deal” for their client and so on. They’re a team of agents who have decades worth of experience transacting co-ops, Brooklyn brownstones, single family homes, condos in the sky, rentals and so on. They’re always putting their clients' best interest before their own, as they’re supposed to, of course. The fiduciary they put forward each day usually renders tremendous results for their clients. We have been conducting our business like this for years and we will continue to do so for decades to come. (Continued in comments below.)
