I also encourage you to share it with a friend because these HIGH PROTEIN peanut butter and jelly overnight oats are hands down one of my favorites! I'm telling you in advance that you WILL more than likely get addicted to them too haha. The best part is, they can be eaten for breakfast or as a sweet treat! Feel free to change the ingredients as you see fit, but I promise you will NOT be disappointed! Here’s a breakdown of the ingredients I used below👇🏾 ♦️ 1/2 cup @kodiakcakes protein oats ♦️ 1/2 @dannon light and fit vanilla or plain Greek yogurt ♦️ 1/2 cup of milk of your choice ♦️ 1/2 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup ♦️ 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter ♦️ 1 tablespoon of sugar free jelly or preserves ♦️ Then top with granola or crushed graham crackers Add ingredients in order of the video into a container, then mix it up! Refrigerate and enjoy. That’s it, Thats all!
