October Goals ✨ A lot of these are similar to my goals in September, and I guess should be considered habits, more-so than goals. So let me break this down a bit more specifically: Habits I’d like to continue: ➿ sending at least 3 substack posts a month (coming up this month: how to fuel properly for a half marathon, an “all eyes on” interview, recommendations and a recipe) ➿ read 2-3 books a month (currently reading The Strangers, and I have Sea of Tranquility and Crying in H Mart on my bedside table) ➿ monthly recipe reel and post Goals 〰️ run a half marathon pb 〰️ sober October 〰️ frugal October challenge (a few of my friends and I are all transparently tracking our expenses this month) 〰️ update my last name to 👩🏼‍🍳 cook 👩🏼‍🍳 on my cards 〰️ get updated blood work (took me 2 months to get a 5 minute phone call appointment with my doctor) 〰️ take my Vespa, Wilhelmina, on a gulf island day trip to visit a friend who just moved to Pender Island 〰️ get wedding photos printed That’s it for me!
