Yesterday was the first round of the Swiss Cup. Time for a wonderful football party when a big club like FC Basel plays against a club from a lower amateur league like FC Allschwil. Unfortunately Allschwil couldn‘t play in their home stadium, since there were no temporary grandstands available for rent in the region. So they played in Basel in the stadium Schützenmatte - home of BSC Old Boys Basel. It was also my stadium when I played football as a teenager. As a aerial photographer I love roofless stadiums😍! PS.
