-Greens
-Nuts
-Cheese
-Alliums
-Acid
-Oil
We recommend combining pistachios, Pecorino, garlic, onion powder, lemon zest, lemon juice & oil in a blender. Once that’s reached a paste-like consistency add in a handful of arugula.
Sure, you could also use it to fry eggs, but we like to toss it with tomato and cucumbers for an end of summer salad.
