Replying to @ **Ingredients** - Onions (3-4 medium onions) - 1 small salsa can (ie. Tomato paste) - Okra 1 bag (frozen) - Steak meat (beef or lamb) - Maggi **Instructions** 1. 3 tbsp oil 2. 3-4 onions (half, then very thin slices). Sautee onions. Add meat. 3. Add 2 cups water, lower heat to a bit <medium (btwn medium low). 4. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. 5. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon powder (only a bit), garlic powder 6. Add one small tin of salsa. Stir and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes 7. Add okra (1 bag) 8. If it needs more water that can be added later 9. Add 1 maggi cube 10. Let simmer for 20 min, every 5 minutes stir (stick in, push, lift, repeat - to avoid the bamya breaking up) **Note:** divide into two containers, one in fridge for this week, the other in the freezer for whenever (it freezes well) - each is ~4 meals - steps 1-6 is a dam3a, so could make different mula7s w it (haven't tried yet)
